SHFS Group Participation Agreement
As per our licensing agreement requirements, certain standards must be met for a certificate to be issued at the completion of all our parenting programs. For all program participants to be eligible for issuing of a certificate of attendance/completion, ALL group sessions must be attended. For online sessions this also means that CAMERA must be on. NB If you are late, have to leave early, or miss a session for any reason, you will be expected to make up that session at another time in order to receive full certification. If you don't require a certificate, attendance is totally at your discretion.
Requesting a change to your registration
If you would like to request a cancellation, replacement or transfer of your course registration you need to submit your request in writing by email to [email protected]. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours please call our office on 0498 624 476 to confirm we have received this email. Safe Hands FS accepts no loss or liability if it does not receive these requests by email. Please note there are cancellation and transfer conditions, as stated below.
In the unlikely event that Safe Hands FS needs to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances, it will refund your course fees in full. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive the funds.
Cancellations
Please ensure you inform us if you are unable to attend the program of your choice if you have registered to attend as a lot of administration goes into collecting information and setting you up to recieve the information on time. If you find that you cannot attend, we would appreciate as much notice as possible. Please email at [email protected] or call/text us on 0498 624 476.
It is possible to transfer your registration to another scheduled course if you are unable to attend your original scheduled course. Just let us know via email - [email protected] or call us on 0498 624 476.
